All products purchased directly from us can be returned within 14 days without giving any reasons.

Claims
If a defect in the goods is found within the statutory warranty period, you may demand subsequent fulfillment of your choice, ie repair or replacement. If the remedy fails, you can cancel the contract, reduce the purchase price or claim damages. The rescission or replacement of damages in lieu of performance is not possible if the defect is negligible. If subsequent fulfillment occurs by way of a replacement, you are obliged to return the original goods within 30 days to us. Further details please find at AGB.
Include a copy of invoice with your return, as well as your bank details so that we can reimburse you for shipping costs. Please also include a brief description of the toy's defects. We will reimburse shipping costs to your account immediately.
If goods were purchased from a shop, the claim must be settled between you (end customer) and the dealer. We have no influence over individual dealer's general terms and conditions or return policies.
Don't forget your receipt when returning to a dealer!
