History

FUN FACTORY had its first beginnings in 1995 and was officially founded in 1996.

Company founders Dirk Bauer and Michael Pahl discovered after a chat with "For Ladies" founder Christine Meise (then Dirk Bauer's wife) that the market offered no sophisticated and high-quality erotic toys which really spoke to women.

This "ah-hah!" moment released a frenzy of creativity - the goal being to fill this gap in the market with the development and production of innovative, attractive products uniting aesthetics, quality and top-notch functionality. Products that are fun - that you can stand by - in other words that can be brought out into the open.

FUN FACTORY launched a trend, one that has characterized the company throughout its success: "one step ahead!" Take, for example, the "DELIGHT" (new arrival in 2007) - the vibrator highlight of the year.

In the beginning, the model for the first FUN FACTORY dildo, the penguin ("PADDY PINGUIN"), was made at home at the kitchen table with some children's clay. All our dildos, which were first developed as one of a kind models, have found an increasingly satisfied fan base, with demand constantly growing!

Meanwhile, our two man, one kitchen table start-up has grown into a little empire with dozens of dedicated employees and countless happy customers throughout the world.

FUN FACTORY now stands as Europe's largest manufacturer of erotic toys with high standards of innovation and quality. All FUN FACTORY employees are working together to make FUN FACTORY a trendsetter in the erotic toy market well into the future!

Location

FUN FACTORY has been located at Am Hohentorshafen 17/19 in Bremen/Woltmershausen since 2010.

Our 2,400 sq. meter "pleasure dispensing palace" houses administration, production, goods and materials storage, factory and laboratory under one roof. Currently, 80 employees work at FUN FACTORY.

In 2003, FUN FACTORY formed its first subsidiary in the USA!

Then again in 2005, FUN FACTORY formed its second subsidairy in the UK.

In addition to our well-known products from our dildo, vibrator and love balls lines, FUN FACTORY also offers exclusive partner games such as Phantasms, Kamasutra The Game and the Love Cubes.
